Why is this true? It's a simple idea, they offer a more reliable, more consistent, better quality product with more attention to the systems offered by the multi-national vendors such as Dell and HP/Compaq where the initial purchase price is the principal reason for a system design.

A custom-configured system when professionally integrated by a quality system manufacturer who is dedicated to a quality product will usually be competitively priced with the multi-national brands but will be better tailored to your specific needs and have a lower total cost of ownership and in many cases will also be a more consistent product, with better security and better performance, expandability and ability to add features later so the systems also last longer.

Ace professionally designs and custom builds several lines of desktop, notebook and server systems. Systems are fully Microsoft WHQL Qualified and Ace also performs testing for a number of other resellers so that the private labeled offerings can also proudly carry the Microsoft badge of certification. Although we are an Intel Premier Provider, and an Intel Desktop Channel Leader, Mobile Channel Leader and Server Channel Leader, we do work with the processor families offered by Advanced Micro Devices.

Our servers come in desktop, Mid/Full Tower, 1U, 2U, 3U, 4U, 5U and 7U chassis and may be sold without an operating system or with your choice of Microsoft, RedHat, SuSe, Novell, Unix or Solaris operating systems.

Our notebooks utilize Intel Pentium 4, Pentium 4 with HT, Pentium M, Pentium 4-M, or Celeron processors as well as AMD Athlon XP Mobile processors.

Better Support	Support may be outsourced overseas or you may be required to undertake diagnostics and/or replace parts yourself. We offer a full range of custom onsite or depot type warranty solutions so you can get the help you need in the way you want it! We also can certify your location for self-maintainer status.
Longer life	The use of proprietary components means machines often can’t be upgraded and you will need to replace them as your needs change.	All Ace Client and server systems are fully upgradeable, reducing your long-term costs.
Faster delivery	Don’t usually stock the custom components required to make your machine - delivery dates can not be guaranteed.	All machines are built-to-order and often shipped within 3-5 days, with many within 48 hours of your order.
Custom Services	Custom services can sometimes be provided, at additional cost, if you order significant PC volumes.	It’s easy to add on optional services such as private labeling or software pre-loading and it's done on a complimentary basis.
